My Ex Found My New Address. Am I Abusive for Threatening Him?

My abusive ex husband found my new address on a piece of paper work. Since then he keeps mentioning how he "could come to my house, but he won't". Over and over and over.

I've told him multiple times that if he does come to my house, I will call the police for trespassing.

Apparently, his lawyer told him he's within his rights to come because I left things at our house when I left in a hurry.

Apparently he's screenshotted my texts about calling the police if he comes to my house and texted them to everyone saying that I'm being abusive for threatening to have him arrested.
