so my(21nb) sister(16) has had emetophobia for as long as i can remember and its destroyed her in the past 6 months. she cant go out, pursue her hobbies or really do anything she used to love. she cant even go for a walk. i love her so much, but i havent had the chance to see her as much because i have uni and work happening and live about 2 hours away. for christmas, my partner and i are going up to visit and im just wondering if thereโs anything i can give thatd help her? my parents have tried to force her to leave the house which (surprise) didnt help, so any tickets to her fave singers would only be rubbing salt in the wound for her.
she loves horse riding, those little japanese mini meal kits, minecraft and netflix shows.
any and all advice would be appreciated, i want to be able to spend time with her without having to travel hours :(
