Ate doughy pizza. Now a little worried.

Due to recent events the grocery stores have been bare and we've had to buy things we don't usually eat.

Friend cooked a DiGiorno pizza without reading the instructions carefully. They did preheat to 400 degrees and cook for 25 minutes but the middle was a little doughy.

Now I'm worried about getting food poisoning and compromising my immune system at the worse possible time. All kinds of scary things are racing through my mind like having to see a doctor and being exposed to the pandemic virus.

Has anyone else dealt with this worry? Is it relatively safe? Or not?
