Been a very long time since I’ve been here, but I’m scared and alone.

Girlfriend was sick all night 4 days ago on Saturday. She didn’t have diarreah or anything, was just being sick all night up until Tuesday, yesterday.
I woke up now at 3am and just had liquid diarreah and I feel nauseas. I ran to the sink cause I felt like I was going to be sick, but I washed my face with cold water and still feel pretty sick. Do you think I have what she has, I’m so scared and she’s not here and I’m alone. I don’t know what to do. I can’t do this by myself
