About to visit family member in hospital! I am so scared of getting Noro :'(

I really don't want to go! I am so scared. My Nana is in hospital and my mum want's me to visit her.
If I don't touch any surface and wash my hands as soon as I get home will I be okay? I really don't know what to do! What are the chances of contracting a sickness while I am there!! Help!
