Help, woke up with massive headache behind eyes, dizziness, can't focus.

I'm feeling nauseas while typing this,I can barely focus on what I type. I woke up feeling as if I had a horrible hang over. I haven't drunk in at least 6 months. Any have any idea what I'm experiencing. I'm terrified I'm going to be sick.
