Hey everyone. It’s just past 1am where I’m from, and I’m still up. And I’m an early bird so there’s obviously something wrong with me lol. My grandma who is a huge part of my life and has taken care of me for 19 years is not looking too good. She’s in the icu and I’m preparing myself. She hasn’t even passed away yet and I already am feeling immense grief. I’ve cried for the past three hours straight and I am so incredibly sad. I’ve only ever felt this way once, and I never want to feel like this again. I can’t stop crying for the life of me and all I want to do is go to bed but every time I close my eyes I see her face. This obviously makes me cry more, and I’m crying so much and am so sad to the point where I feel extremely n?? Like how does crying make me n on top of everything else tooðŸ˜ðŸ˜ can we emetephobes catch a break?? Anyways, I’m just looking for anyone who’s been in the same position where sadness and crying and made them n*, and what they did to get rid of it. Thanks :)
