Hey guys, I’m in the midst of one of my nightly panic attacks! I thought I had kicked the habit of having a panic attack before bed but I guess not. I don’t know why I get so anxious before I go to sleep, and it’s literally ruining my life. I’m always tired and as a university student there’s no room to be tired lol. Does anyone have tips to bring me down from a panic attack. Logically (somewhere far far in my brain) I know that I’m not going to be s. But then my body convinces itself that yup this is in fact different than the usual panic attack/n, and you will tu*. I hate panic attacks because they always make me so cold and I’ve run out of blankets lol. So please if anyone has any idea how to help, it would be greatly greatly appreciated :)
