Hi all, Before anyone says no this isn’t caused by me manifesting or worrying since Saturday. I’ve been fine since then and occupied my mind. I’m on day 5 of my period so I’m still feeling a little rough. 20 ish minutes before my bath I started getting a stomach ache and went the toilet. I had diarrhea, not liquid just very sloppy. I felt better afterwards so went in bath. My stomach hurt again so went toilet again, had a little bit now it looked like yogurt. Not violent or non stop just out then the pain goes.

My question is this gastroenteritis or period related diarrhea? I have a busy week and I’m not sure if I need to follow the 48 hour rule and not go out
