Cath lab RN to Ed any advice?

I worked as a CNA for 3 years and then nurse interned for 1.5 years on ICU step down then took a Cath lab job out of nursing school and have been here for a year and a half. Personalities and my career goals are pushing me to the ED so any advice? Specific things I should brush up on?
