Opinion: Packages should never bind keys

It is annoying having to fix broken keybinding configurations or undo keybindings introduced by a package.
Worse is that this can make your configs package definition order matter which is something I put a lot of effort into preventing.
If the package author thinks that their keybindings are useful then they should give the user an explicit opt-in setting.
I don't mind built-in packages doing this.
