Prometheus refresh rate?

Is there anyway to change the screen refresh rate from 165 to 60hz. I can only see options for 165/44hz. I mainly play games at 60fps and I'm getting a little screen tearing when I cap my games at 60. Is there something I'm missing or could be doing etc?
