i am choosing to be less negative about me age regressing / age playing cuz it doesnt hurt anyone .

and i dont have to pick just one way to be , and its okay for my feelings to change and its okay if people think im weird cuz a lot of people just dont understand it . and its okay for me to still be learning about stuff too .

i am not gross or bad i am human . i cant always control the feelings or thoughts that happen but that does not make me bad .

( i hope if i say these things enough my brain will be nicer about it :,) )
