Intensive elixir boot camp style courses

I am trying to learn the elixir, phoenix stack, my preference is for a boot camp style experience for a couple of reasons:
- I find I learn fastest by doing guided projects rather than follow-along coding.
- I also want to pick-up the nuances around a workflow for creating an elixir app from design considerations to tools, testing, deployment and monitoring.
Basically as close to a real-world use case as possible.
Are there any programs out there that anyone can recommend? Costs isn't an issue.
