I own the steelseries arctis pro wireless and i had recently bought the wave xlr audio interface. I had tried using the line out at the back of interface to the line in on the doc of the headset. When I did this it had work but there was a VERY large problem, there was no surround sound, the audio had droped in quality about 40% and there was this horrible white static noise ringing. I don't know anything about audio so if someone could please help me get this figured out. now heres the twist, the headset works fine if i set the system sound as the xlr interface and the output device as my headset, everything works fine, but i use the interface to its true potential. Now i'm willing to do anything i can in my power to fix this, if someone could please help that would be amazing.
