Unable to create account in Elgato Marketplace

Hey, I try to create an account in Elgato Marketplace, but whenever I click on Create Account, it sends me back to the exact same form, even after filling it out completely. I have the Stream Deck MK2 and can't use it on OBS, because it says "Stream deck plugin version: [not connected], also I can't find any options in the Stream Deck software for OBS.
