Legacy HD60 isnt recognized by the software

Yesterday I tried to use my HD60 for the first time in a while. The HD60 displays to the TV and everything while using my PS5, but for some reason it will not register the HD60 on my laptop. I used 2 different USB cables and neither worked.
HDCP is turned off on my PS5 and I wasnt even having black screen issues in the first place.
Anyone have any tips?
