Can anyone help develop a button that takes a screenshot of an embedded vimeo video?

Hello! I'm a novice at elementor/web dev and in an ideal world on our website I would like a button sitting underneath the embedded vimeo video, where when the user clicks it takes a snapshot of the video as an image and allows user to share to social.
I'm getting mixed messages on whether this is even possible but if someone has the skills to develop this I would love to get some (paid!) assistance!
