Trying to install on two old iMacs

Post Body

Hey gang!

I have two older iMacs(2012?) at work that will not load any MacOS (we have slower wifi internet access where these units are located) that I want to load ElementaryOS on. There is currently no OS loaded on these units.

I have a surface pro (2017) to use to create the distro, my question is: what steps do I need to take to install ElementaryOS on these iMacs? Do I have to format a usb drive differently? I’ve heard that sometimes the wireless drivers will not work or work poorly, any fix around that?

Thanks for your help, I was given this assignment to complete before the end of this week as we have Seasonal employees that need to take browser based learnings and we have limited amount of computers that can be used for this.
