Build & Packaging Electron app... want to pay for an electron ninja's help

Looking for someone I could pay to help me my scoping affairs in order with electron/react.
Ultra green in the electron / JS world... trying to package an app correctly but keep running into roadblocks because I don't know what I'm doing.
Don't have any friends or contacts that are knowledgeable in the space, if you do, I'd like to pay you for your time. Would probably be a 30 min session.
