My apologies if this isn't an appropriate question for this sub. Is there a better sub for this sort of thing?

I'm looking to build some Bluetooth speakers that are battery powered or wall powered. Additionally I want to be able to charge the battery and provide power to my amplifier while it is plugged into a wall outlet. I have a 12v bluetooth amplifier that is the foundation of the device. I found this battery and I'm wondering if these sort of batteries will charge and discharge at the same time. I don't see any information listed on any pages I've seen for this, but thought maybe someone had some experience with these sort of batteries.

I've considered using a power bank, but they only output 5V/2A and through a 5:12 step-up tranformer, it would probably underpower the amplifier.
