Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask but this is only my 2nd box vape (or would it technically be a cylinder vape? lol) ever and I didn't really do any research before I got it because my Smok nord 2 sucked so bad I just wanted a new and better vape to replace it and the shop recommended this, I can bring it back if it's not what I want anyways. I get it home, did a little google search on it, and one of the features that people were raving about was how fast it fires, but mine has a firing time of 4-7 seconds apparently (looking at the lighted display), and it changes each time I try and take a puff. I tried cranking it up to full power, still the same thing. The shop worker also recommended I get the falcon king tank by Horizontech, and I'm using the coils that came with it, could that have anything to do with it? I mean it's only half charged RN, so maybe that's it? But that's never been a problem with any other vape I've had. I've also tried adjusting the air flow too with no change. I know, I probably sound stupid, I really don't have much knowledge about how all of this works together.
