Problems with eleaf 75w and troll v2

Okay, so a couple of days ago I bought a troll v2 to pair with my eleaf pico 75w. However, I'm not getting as nearly as much vapor as I thought. Plus, the coils take a bit longer than preferred to heat up, and actually vaporize the juice. Is this a build problem, or should I just buy a stronger mod?
