Eleaf Ijust S Tank coil problem

Hey guys! Not to long ago I buyed this tank because i just wanted something new.
The problem is that I just can't fking use it, every coil I use it's just tasting bad and can't vape. I watched tutorials about priming, did exactly the same, still can't vape.
It can't prime properly and someone told me that two of the four holes are blocked because of the metal block.
Any sugestions?
P.S. Sorry for my english, it's not my nattive language.
