Budget 100-200W Mod and Tank/Atty/Etc Combo?

I have $50-$125 to spend. Looking for the best bang for my buck, has a history of being durable and long lasting, and is good for a first time user. I have a Kanger Subox, but it's just a 50W and I use pre-made coils. Looking to upgrade.
I am also looking for an atomizer, dripper, whatever. Suggestions welcome, thanks!
