Bought a 120ml of Strawberry Clouds from PV on Black Friday. I knew they would be swamped and orders would take a while to be sent out, so I wasn't in a rush. When I was reviewing my order, I realized that I accidentally managed to put in 18mg instead of 6mg - I recently made a huge jump down going from a normal eGo style vape to a nice, fancy Subox. I was at 12mg for a while, and knew that the 18mg would be too harsh, even the 12mg I normally use is now too much for me now that I have a nicer set up.
Because I had read that PV usually gets swamped on Black Friday and it could take a while to get my order to me, I decided to send Andrew (who I believe is the owner) an email to see if I could get a last second fix for my order. Unfortunately, it already went out either that day, or the day before. However, Andrew went above and beyond to help me out:
We have already shipped out your package so it's too late to change it, but I can send out another bottle for you. I use 6mg myself and I know I could never vape 18mg. There is also no way to lessen the nicotine without lessening the flavor. I will send a bottle of Strawberry Clouds @ 6mg out tomorrow via priority mail. You will probably receive both packages this Monday.

He did all of this with no hesitation. I am very impressed with the customer service, and that will be a big reason why I will be making another purchase down the road.
Andrew doubled my order, even though I was the one that made the mistake, and shipped out what I originally wanted for no extra charge. I shared what I had in the 18mg among friends instead, and fairly certain they will be making a few orders themselves soon.
As for my review of the juice? Pretty damn good. I have been vaping on this juice for the past week, and I can still taste it just like the first day I got it.
