Getting concerned: Device randomly powers off.

So I've got a HotCig SX300 (50 watt box). Yes, I know it's not one of the big popular devices, but it's done well by me for the last 9 months.

I love my little HotCig. But over the past couple of weeks, it's started shutting off completely at random. Batteries are good (LG HG2's and Samsung 25r's), tight connections, and everything is clean inside and out.

At first, just the usual 5 clicks to turn it back on set things back to rights, but the last couple of days, once it's back on, it's forgotten my settings (I normally vape at 12.5 watts).

That's why I'm getting really concerned, because it's always remembered my preference during battery changes up until now.

So should I be budgeting for a new device in the near future?
