Converting screws to magnets?

So my beloved daily driver (a HotCig SX300) uses two very small screws to hold its door in place. Over the last few months, those screws have started wearing out and the heads are getting stripped.
Is it feasible to take the screws out and replace them with super strong magnets like other box mods use?
If so, what kind of magnets should I get? Suggestions on where to get them would be much appreciated too!
