So the US Surgeon General has finally finished his #TransformationTuesday. And out of the THOUSANDS of responses from vapers he received, he says this:

Many of you have shared e-cigarette stories as well. While I’m glad you no longer smoke combustible cigarettes, we don’t have enough rigorous scientific evidence about the risks and benefits of e-cigarettes in smoking cessation to recommend them.

So in response to that, I left this comment on his Facebook post:

I'm sorry, there's been a few dozen studies so far that have proven it is a safer method, and is 100% effective.

THOUSANDS of people with FIRST HAND experience have stepped up to tell you directly that e-cigarettes have helped them! And yet you choose to IGNORE them.

Why? Who's pocket are you in sir? Because you are most definitely NOT doing the job you were appointed to do!

Since you refuse, then the American Public MUST ask that you IMMEDIATELY resign from your post, and allow the people to appoint someone with their best interests at heart, and NOT the interests of the tobacco and pharmaceutical companies.

You have disappointed me, thousands of American Citizens, and Mister Rogers. I hope you are suitably ashamed of yourself.

With that said, I say we do it! Let's take action against him directly! We can petition the President to have this opportunistic piece of trash removed from his appointed post!
