Anyone know about Electronic Cigarettes and TSA/Airport Security?

Hi /r/electronic_cigarette, I'm traveling to Dallas tomorrow from Detroit and was wondering about TSA policy or regulations regarding E-Cigs. I'll only be in the city for four days and am only planning on using a carry on for luggage versus checking a suitcase. Will I have an issue at security if I have my E-Cig in my carry on bag?

I know to keep my juice in a ziploc bag for inspection with other liquids (Toothpaste, ect.) and to disassemble everything.

Should I empty my tank as well, or can i keep it in my ziplock bag?

Flying via Delta both ways
I use a Sigelei 150 Box Mod
I use a Matrix Sub Ohm tank
Plan on taking 50ml of juice
Plan on taking two 18650 batteries
Nitecore I4 Charger for said batteries
