So I've seen some posts floating around here recently talking about Charlie Noble juice, so I thought I'd give it a try. I placed my order for Charlies Custard and Sollers Pointe, both in 30ml 6mg. The price was right and the shipping turnaround was pretty quick.
When the juice arrived the Custard seem great but the Sollers Pointe didn't seem to be right at all, nothing like the description. I let it steep for a couple of days and tried it again. The flavor profile was so far off from the description that I began to feel like something really wasn't right.
I sent off an email to customer service explaining the issue and I received a reply back stating that I could send the bottle back and get another. I package up the bottle , send it back to them and send customer service an email letting them know. The representative replies back that “t has come to my attention that a good amount of other people had that problem with a few batches.”. Hmmmm, that is a little disconcerting to hear.
Well, I got the juice today and it seems like it’s labeled correctly, but here’s what grinds my gears about the whole thing. Vape Dojo screwed up, they didn’t just send me a different juice than what I ordered, they put the wrong label on the juice they sent to me and that is a much more serious issue. They have never once apologized, or acknowledged the gravity of the screw up. I was expecting some kind of apology or maybe doubling the size of the replacement bottle or something, but when I opened the mail today, it was an invoice and a bottle.
So yeah, not the end of the world, but I feel like my first experience with Vape Dojo customer service and quality control will be my last as well. As a tip for all vendors, if you make a mistake, show at least a little contrition , sincerely apologize and maybe throw the customer a little something for the hassle. It’s not difficult and it really irritates people when you fail to.
