I've been making my own liquids based on flavours from medieval cuisine, and I was thinking about starting to sell some. Most of these are fruit flavours with spices, and I've been looking at some more unique flavours. Think mulled wine/mead and wassail for what I've got going on now.
So, would people be interested in flavors like this? If anyone knows of any medieval or renaissance dessert flavours they'd like to see, suggest them! I'd like to do this, and I'd like to make sure that people will love what I make if I start selling.
For a quick sample of what I'm talking about, you can mix juicifer wrath with a caramel apple flavor; that's pretty close to one of my spiced cider recipes.
