While the concept can be argued as both good or bad, the point of /r/VapeRequests is so that less fortunate vapers or vapers-in-need can post a sort of wishlist and, should a kind soul happen by, they have the chance to help.
This is because a vaper might have an item that they don't feel is VapeItForward worthy, they might not have the time to run a giveaway, or they could even have weak equipment and don't see it as worthy.
A lot of vapers probably end up with a weak battery over time and need to replace it. But what if you have a dead battery, wouldn't a weak battery that someone wants to throw away still be better? Even if bad enough, lets say you have no tank. If someone had a cracked tank they don't need, and you had the means to fix it, even if wasn't pretty, would it be better than no tank?
That's pretty much the concept of /r/VapeRequests.
Also, thanks to the moderators for allowing me to mention the subreddit here. :) I put (Mod Approved) in the title so it didn't get downvoted to oblivion for honestly trying to help the community.
