1.8 Ohms Clearomizer on a Victory e-cigs battery..slight burnt taste; is there a way to fix that?

Okay, so I have a 1.8 Ohms Clearomizer that I've attached to my Victory e-cigs battery and it was fine, but recently there has been a burnt taste that is becoming more and more apparent.
Is there a way to fix that with what I have or will I just have to get a higher Ohm clearo? :/
