So I'm new to e-cigs and sort of enjoy the hobby with non-nicotine liquids (cause some are like breathing candy), though it started with an interesting college paper I wrote on the subject. I want to learn a bit more not only for my own use but to give my smoker friend some tips as I just convinced him to use e-cigs to help quit.

I know with the 510 cartomizers you can pull off the rubber tip for manual refilling (and it works) but I was wondering if there were any refillable carts for the 510 that actually screws off the tip for easier access? I'm trying to convince my friend that e-cigs are better AND cheaper, so this would help a lot.

Also, the e-cig I believe is a 510 is the Victory E-cigs from that past offer they did. Any tips would be appreciated..glad to see a great community here for e-cigs too! Peace.
