I'm about to order my first rebuildable tank(I'm going with the profile x), and Im trying to figure out what my best options for wicking materials are. The price of the 6mm x-fiber cotton wicks aren't sustainable for my budget, so I'm trying to realize what my range of options are that will have an ultra low price point yet hold the the same high level flavor performance. Some have suggested rayon as wicking material, rather than cotton. So I would like, best as I can, to ascertain & understand: the range of wicking materials(cotton vs rayon vs whatever else there is out there), and the products available which maintain high quality flavor production that people are aware of, that are also very budget friendly. Thank you.
