Cthulhu AIO not firing. Stuck on 5w

It’s stuck on 5W, won’t fire or go up the wattage.
I got lucky earlier , left it for a while, put back the bats on and i was able to increase wattage and take a few hits. But Then the wattage went down by itself to 5w, and I have not been able to fire it nor change wattage.
The bottom left button is jammed as well
Please help!!!
