I remember them throwing me on a scissor lift with no training when I was first day on the job, my dumb ass was standing in it backwards and went to drive forward and full speed reversed into a wall of freshly installed steel studs, absolutely mangling the whole wall. Proceeded to get my 18 yr old ass ripped apart by the haggard old timer steel framer GF lol always will remember and now i always make sure my guys are comfortable on whatever they are using and not to be afraid to ask for help if they don’t know how or not sure to avoid having a silly accident like mine back in the day haha
