I had to have a new hot water heater installed 2 weeks ago insulation went well. My issue started shortly after the technicians left. That being my water not heating up. So I now have to have a ground wire ran since the my home was build in the 30's. The distance from the hot water unit to my electrical panels is less then 3 feet. The modification isn't covered under my home owners insurance so I'm just trying to find a ball park estimate of possible coast since this will have to be out of pocket. Any and all help is very appreciated thank you.
