Working with hot wires?
Post Body

From time to time Iโ€™m faced with having to work hot. I try not to do it but it happens especially in emergency service calls. I have been masking up and wearing 1000 rated gloves and my rated boots. But I have run into guys who work with no gloves or mask and claim the boots alone are enough as long as they donโ€™t touch any ground. I understand the concept but is the okay practice? Any gloves even 00 that are more like a work glove not so much a rubber glove with a leather protector? I work with residential exclusively and normally handle 120 so a 00 is okay
