Which one, apprentice homeowner or licensed electrician?....
Post Body

This is at a final inspection for a service change. Nothing special, just a simple change out.

They couldn't figure out why 3 breakers kept tripping and what may be causing it. Seriously.

So, what do you think....

Was this a combination apprentice/new homeowner trying to save a buck?

Or

Was it a a licensed electrical contractor hired to replace the old panel?

Be good 👍

I did not install this disaster waiting to happen and hoping the place doesn't burn down. I did the inspection.

These pics are from completed inspections.

I am not asking for help to decide on what to do, I have already made my decision.

The questions are just for friendly conversation and your professional opinion(s).
