This is at a final inspection for a service change. Nothing special, just a simple change out.
They couldn't figure out why 3 breakers kept tripping and what may be causing it. Seriously.
So, what do you think....
Was this a combination apprentice/new homeowner trying to save a buck?
Or
Was it a a licensed electrical contractor hired to replace the old panel?

I did not install this disaster waiting to happen and hoping the place doesn't burn down. I did the inspection.
These pics are from completed inspections.
I am not asking for help to decide on what to do, I have already made my decision.
