Square D plug on?

Iām install a 200 amp panel to replace an outdated model. Iām unfamiliar with these new designs, where do the ground wires from the grounding rod go? They are too large to fit into the bars along the side. This is the first shut in the house for power, I assume I should install the grounding screw. I can place both grounds and neutrals on the bars on each side?
