Need help with American standards when it comes to electricity
Post Body

I’m in communication with a European manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment and they need a bit more information before being able to give me a quote on some of their products.

I was asked some questions in an email and I have no idea how to even google them properly without having to possibly rummage through page after page and getting nowhere (my luck is abysmal).

From them: “you should give me more information about the type of power supply you have in your country, the voltage, the number of two phases, phase phase voltage, phase neutral voltage, hz.”

I have a basic layman’s understanding of electricity, but I simply don’t know how to go about giving them the information they need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
