I’ve been patiently waiting for a confirmation email that my ticket has been moved to 2022 since filling out the form twice, back in 2020 and then in May of this year.
I’ve been holding the ticket since 2019 June. I will not be able to attend in October and would please like clarity on this matter. Does anyone know what’s going on? Customer support # says phone support is not available at this time please email us, email doesn’t say anything but an automated response of backlog.
I still do not have an idea what’s going on. Today I got an email saying my edc band is shipping soon?
