I need help!!!

Ok so I'm the best man at my best friend's wedding. I was supposed to marry him and his fiancée at EDC but I wasn't able to get the paperwork done in time, and the wedding packages sold out before they could book one. I need either an ordained minister or a resident of Nevada (preferably Clark County) that would be willing to get ordained so that my best friend and his fiancée can make their electric dream come true. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
