Premier shuttles question???

Hey everyone I had a question about the premier shuttles...I understand they have specific time slots and I heard if u buy the premier pass u can still take regular shuttles too and from the venue...let's say I get a 11pm-6am shuttle time but wanna be there earlier and take a regular shuttle there....will they still allow u to walk to the premier side at the raceway to get our merch at that hangout tent if I show them my pass?
