Can I use the chassis for common ground plane from 12v solar, 110v mains (from inverter), and 12v (passthrough/converter)?
Post Body
I'm rewiring a heavy utility trailer, and I'm equipping it with a small solar kit, (12v 4A 45w Thunderbolt Magnum). I'm familiar with how to wire it up as I has it previously set up on my truck. However, I have 2 AC lines (from inverter) and 3 12v lines that all require grounding.
This is where I'm venturing into murky water and before I go live I want to make sure I can ground everything to the chassis, or if I need to do it differently, and if so, what.
