Help with Lutron Ceiling Fan and Light Switch

I currently have a fan that has 2 pull down chains. One is for the fan and the other is for the light.

I want to install a switch that has an on and off button for the light and a slider switch for the fan speed. I have the Lutron Skylark SFSQ-LFH switch that has 4 wires:

Green Black Red Yellow

But on my current light switch which is an on and off type I just have a red and black wire connected.

Any ideas how to connect the Lutron switch to make this happen?
