Is this an electrical arc inside my oven?

My 2018 Samsung oven suddenly stopped working properly today (burners wouldn’t heat and touchpad buttons stopped responding). I was taking pictures inside and outside of the oven looking for a model number. When reviewing the photos I saw this. Is it just a camera lens flare from my phone? Or should I be concerned about this oven’s safety?
