How important are t-breaks?
Post Body

Hello -- I am pretty much a daily smoker. Not much, just a modest pipeful most evenings after I have everything done for the day. I get wonderfully high each time, sometimes even with less weed. I'm doing great at a professional IT job, am taking care of my family and home, and exercise pretty hard most days of the week.

All that said, is there a reason I should do a t-break? The regular reasons for doing so that I've seen (needing more weed to get high, interfering with life, etc.) don't seem to apply to me. Just wondering if I'm missing something.

EDIT: WOW!! Thanks to all for all the great replies. Plenty of info to ponder. I've also read somewhere that a day off a week and a week off a month is a good strategy, and I may try that starting today.

I really appreciate the thoughtful replies. You guys are the best!

You donā€™t seem like the ā€œideal candidateā€ for a t-break. But itā€™s always comforting to prove to yourself that you can live happily without it and it is always a choice.
